The Immunotherapy IG and the European Allergy Manufacturers' Group have organised a Main Symposium on specific immunotherapy within the EAACI 2003 Congress in Paris. The lectures deal with all aspects of allergen specific immunotherapy from international guidelines to efficacy and from patient selection to practical management.

The Immunotherapy IG has proposed a Poster Discussion Session on Sublingual Immunotherapy, as well as a Mini Symposium on Safety and Quality Control of Allergen Specific Immunology, with the opening lecture by Prof. S. Dreborg entitled 'Quality Assurance of Allergen Specific Immunotherapy'.

In addition, there is a proposal for an Oral Abstract Session entitled 'Compliance, Quality of Life and Efficacy of Immunotherapy'.
