The Scientific Programme Committee (SPC) is a permanent body of the Academy aimed at ensuring high scientific standards, continuity and harmonisation of EAACI Congresses. The committee is responsible for the programmes of EAACI congresses and meetings.

The SPC meets at least once every year. It is regularly consulted by local organisers of congresses for relevant decisions on the scientific programme of their congress.
