Please register on-line or use the enclosed registration form when registering for the Congress and social programme or making hotel reservation. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. In order to receive an e-mail confirmation, please indicate your e-mail address on the registration form. For payment details, please see ”payment”.

Registration for events that are included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if ticked ”yes” on the registration form. Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a ”first come first served” basis, restricted availability. Please follow carefully the payment instructions for all fees involved.

    Please note that the registered accompanying person’s fee does not include admission to the scientific sessions or the Congress documentation.

    NURSES REGISTRATION
    Nurses are eligible for the nurses fee. The nurse status must be certified by the Head of Hospital and must be submitted with the registration. The nurses registration fee includes the nurses programme. The Nurses Programme 7 June includes lunch.

    STUDENT REGISTRATION
    PhD students, MD students or fellows in training, under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by the Head of Department and a
    copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

    MEET THE EXPERTS
    Meet the Experts sessions will be available during the Congress. The cost is EUR 30 per seminar, including breakfast. Pre-registration required.

    PRACTICAL COURSES
    Practical Courses will be avalible during the Congress. The cost is EUR 20 per course. Free for EAACI Junior/Affiliate Members/student. Pre-registration required. Limited availibilty.

    NAME CHANGE
    Should you be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of EUR 60 will be charged.

    EAACI MEMBERS
    Please note that it is necessary to have settled your membership fee in order to benefit from the reduction of the registration fee. EAACI Junior/Affilate Junior Members are eligible for the student registration fee.

    GROUP REGISTRATIONS
    Group registrations will be offered to groups of 20 people or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for pre pick up of the Congress material can be made for preregistered groups.
