Make your hotel reservation online. A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Göteborg. Please find below examples of preferential rates for the Congress. Rates include local
VAT and breakfast.

All hotel rooms in all categories have private bath with shower or bathtub, telephone, television and pay-TV/Satellite.

Price Category A, 5-star superior hotels with minimum one restaurant, lobby bar and room service. Some have health-club.

Price Category B, 4-star hotels with a restaurant in the hotel or in the vicinity,
lobby bar and limited room service.

Price Category C-D, 3-star hotels with a bar.

If the total cost of your stay is less than the requested deposit, we will only charge the actual cost. Hotel accommodation will be reserved only when Congrex has received the hotel deposit.

Should the requested hotel be fully booked Congrex reserves the right to book another
hotel category. The pre-payment will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out of the hotel.

The participants will pay the remaining balance directly to the hotel.

After 10 April 2007, Congrex can not guarantee accommodation or preferential
rates. After this date accommodation requests will be confirmed according to space availability. The hotel reservations and/or changes and cancellations must be
made in writing to Congrex. The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed, should you check out before confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.
