PARIS ORIENTATION TOUR 90 MINUTES – NO STOPS
Saturday, 7 June. Departure every hour between 12.00-17.00 from the Palais des Congrès de Paris.
We pass the Arc de Triomphe with the tomb of the unknown Soldier then down the Champs Elysées onto the spectacular Place de la Concorde with its famous obelisk, the Madeleine church, the bustling Opera Square and avenue leading to the Louvre Museum with its new glass Pyramid surging gracefully in the middle of 8 centuries of royal architecture.
Continue along the right Bank of the Seine passing the Conciergerie, the prison where Marie-Antoinette was held, Notre Dame Cathedral in the Cité Island onto the Left Bank with the French Academy, the Mint and Orsay Museum.
Next, the National Assembly, the imposing memorial of les Invalides with the tombs of Napoleon and his son l’Aiglon, the Military school (Ecole Militaire) for a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero before heading back to the Palais des Congrès de Paris.

Saturday, 7 June, 18.30-20.30.
A Welcome Cocktail will be offered to the delegates and registered accompanying persons in the Palais des Congrès. During this Cocktail you are also welcome to visit the JMA Posters Session.

CONGRESS EVENING EAACI AT THE LOUVRE
An outstanding event on Tuesday, 10 June, 20.00-23.00.
The Organising Committee for the 22nd EAACI Congress has chosen Le Louvre as the venue for the Congress evening that is included in the registration fee. On Tuesday, 10 June, from 20.00 onwards, the Grand Louvre will be reserved exclusively for the pleasure of the EAACI Congress members. Following a visit of the museum, we will meet inside the Pyramid for a cocktail and dinner party that will enable us to savour the regional specialities of French cuisine. Included in the registration fee for delegates and registered accompanying persons only if marked on your registration form, please see your booking specification.
