Hotel and Accommodation
HOTEL INFORMATION Register on-line or download the form for hotel reservations during the congress. A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked in Paris at preferential rates for the Congress. The prices below include French VAT. The hotels are all situated in the city centre of Paris and the Palais des Congrθs is easily accessable by public transportation. All the hotel rooms in all categories have private bath with shower or tub, telephone, television and pay-TV Category Deluxe 5 star Palace hotels with all services you can require. Cat A 4 star superior hotels with minimum one restaurant, a bar and room service. Some of them have health-club. Cat B 4 star hotels with a restaurant in the hotel or close by, a bar and limited room service. Cat C 3 star hotels with a bar. Some of them also have a restaurant.
If the total cost of your stay is less than the requested deposit, we will only charge the actual cost. Hotel accommodation will be reserved when Congrex has received the registration form together with the hotel deposit. Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel category if the desired accommodation should be fully booked. The deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill when paying the hotel bill in Paris. The participants will pay the remaining balance directly to the hotel in EUR. Hotel reservations should be made on the registration form. For payment details, see below. The deadline to guarantee accommodation requests is 1 April 2003. After this date accommodation requests will be confirmed according to space availability. The hotel reservations and/or changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Congrex. The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed on the registration form, should you check out before confirmed departure date or in case of no-show. For Junior Members we have rooms available at the Ibis Hotel. Please make your reservation on the registration form. For further information please contact: eaaci2003registration@congrex.se CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until 1 April, 2003 up to which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of EUR 25.We regret that the hotel deposit cannot be refunded after 1 April, 2003. |
