EAACI/GA2LEN Allergy School
From Skin to Lung – From Theory to Patients
29 March – 01 April 2012
Davos, Switzerland
Organisers: EAACI & Christine Kuhne - Center for Allergy Research and Education (CK-CARE), Davos
The aim of the Allergy School "From Skin to Lung - From Theory to Patients" is to educate and stimulate the scientific and social contacts between young physicians from all over Europe interested in diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis and atopic lung diseases.
The next EAACI/GA2LEN Allergy School will take place in one of the most beautiful places in Switzerland – Davos. It is located in the South-Eastern part of Switzerland in the heart of attractive surroundings and spectacular alpine atmosphere. You can find all the amenities of a city in the middle of a breathtaking mountain scenery, surrounded by the wonders of nature. Davos is also famous as a Congress town where many conferences are taking place.
This allergy school will give the attendees an understanding of atopic dermatitis and atopic lung diseases and the possible transition from skin disease to lung diseases. Practical courses in skin testing and lung function testing as well as presentations of patient cases by participants and discussion with the faculty shall bridge theory and practical application.
All sessions will be held in English.
